1. Start the day with a sexy playlist.
Your intuition is deeply connected to your sexual energy. When you feel sexy, your brain releases chemicals that not only make you feel amazing but also activate the parts of your brain that enhance intuition.
Mornings set the tone for your day, so why waste them scrolling social media or watching the news when you could feel sexy instead?
Just three minutes is all it takes to light up trillions of neurons in your brain and body. Music is the perfect shortcut to boost your intuition and sexual energy—no extra effort required.
2. Slow is sexy, babe.
For the next 24 hours, take everything slow. Slowing down activates the parts of your brain that help you tune into your intuition.
Seriously, when was the last time you had an intuitive insight—or felt sexy—while rushing around? When we’re stuck on fast forward—caught in an anxiety spiral or overwhelmed by stress—our intuition gets blocked. Slowing down helps us break the cycle, calming anxiety and lowering cortisol, the stress hormone linked to belly fat and even hair loss.
Here’s how:
*Sip your coffee for 5 extra minutes and truly savor it.
*Walk 10% slower.
*Pause 1 minute between tasks.
*Make chores feel sexy by slowing them down (yes, even the dishes).
*Take more time brushing your hair or applying lotion.
3. It’s all in your hips.
Forget your endless to-do list for a minute and focus on your body—specifically, your hips. Fun fact: they’re one of our most neglected areas and where we hold the most stress and trauma.
Here’s the good news: you don’t need a 20 minute meditation to tap into your intuition. Just add a sprinkle of sex to your walk. Yep, simply shifting your hips from side to side pulls you out of your head, makes you feel sexy, and connects you to your body (your intuition’s home base). Your hips will thank you.
4. A little less talk—and a lot more touch.
Your brain can’t tell the difference between your touch or someone else’s. Touch naturally boosts alpha brain waves—the same ones you tap into during meditation, creative bursts, or daydreaming. These are the moments when we feel most in tune with our intuition.
Here are some simple ways to touch yourself (and turn on your intuition):
Scratch your head for 1 minute – your scalp is loaded with nerve endings, so when you gently stimulate them, blood flow to your brain increases, boosting focus and clarity – essential for tuning into your intuition.
Touch your face softly for 60 seconds – this activates sensory neurons that quiets the analytical areas of your brain and activates the intuitive, creative parts, making it easier to tap into deeper insights. Focus on areas like your cheeks, temples, or jawline.
Gently run your fingertips down your neck for 1 minute on each side – this relaxes your vagus nerve, which turns on your body’s relaxation response and strengthens your body mind connection – perfect for connecting to your inner wisdom.
